Here are a few photos of our day trip to Fleetwood. We went to visit Freeport shopping outlet and after we had a short walk on the beach. All photos taken using phone camera.

Formby beach and the nearby Pine woods turned out to be a great day out. Plenty of see and do. We picked a good warm day to pay our first visit to the area. Definitely want to go back again. Here is a selection of photos taken on my phone camera.

I didn’t get chance to post these from our Cornwall holiday last year, so here they are a little bit late, but I guess better late than never. I will try to add some others when I get chance. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.

The island is a civil parish and is linked to the town of Marazion by a man-made causeway of granite setts, passable between mid-tide and low water.

Having had a few hours drive out today we ventured up towards Bolton and the beautiful countryside on its outskirts, the weather held up for us, but some storm clouds were on view. Here is a selection from around Belmont and Egerton taken on my phone. I’ve included a map of the area, if you decide to pay it a visit.

We recently visited Astley Hall near Chorley. It’s a great location for a family day out. Plenty of open spaces, bowling green, children’s park, woodland trails, cafe and gardens. Well worth a visit, don’t forget to take your camera. I did, so took these on my phone.
